Limited Lifetime Warranty - High Teck Clears
This limited lifetime warranty is valid only when this coating is applied on an approved surface. If this coating is shown to be defective when applied, in accordance with our written instructions for applications, High Teck Products shall, upon presentation of proof of purchase, supply replacement coatings of equal value to the purchaser. This limited warranty shall not apply to any defect or damage resulting from improper surface preparation, defects in the vehicle/item being painted, failure of a previous paint or improper application of the coating. This limited warranty may not be transferred or assigned. This warranty does not cover any labor costs that may result during product usage.
In no event shall High Teck Products be liable for (A) any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of the products sold hereunder, or (B) any amount in excess of the amount actually paid to High Teck Products for the products sold hereunder for any liability arising from the sale or use of the products sold hereunder. This limitation applies both during and after the terms of the warranty.
High Teck Products disclaims liability for any implied warranties, including implied warranties of "Merchantability" and "Fitness for a specific purpose," after the term of this warranty.

High Teck Tools Limited Lifetime Warranty
Coverage:
High Teck Tools warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the tool.
One-Year Replacement Guarantee:
For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, any tool found to have defects associated with manufacturing will be replaced through your local authorized distributor at no cost to you.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

How to Obtain Service:
To claim warranty service, return the defective tool along with proof of purchase to your local authorized distributor. The distributor will verify eligibility and process the replacement.
Limitation of Liability:
